MinutesActas: Meeting opened with worship song(In Your Presence-William Mcdowell) our president Charles followed with opening prayer and scripture shared 2Corinthians 1:3-4. "Who we are" read by Rena Neal. Mission statement read by Mike Lundy and Mission premise read by Mykel Dickson. We welcomed visitor, Sherea Vejauan speaker, author and business owner of The Goal Sellers Club.
30 second business presentations were shared. Testimonies given. Congratulations in order for Rena Neal who graduated with a Masters in Eschatology and Charles Muiruri ,whose daughter has received several college offers and scholarships.
Charles shared our chapter referral goals 2021 -150. Family screen time included explanation of What`s app, a very helpful texting and calling tool to stay connected with family, friends and and business clients. Our main session was on 2021 Goals. Our guest speaker was Sherea Vejauan her business is The Goal Sellers Club. https:// www.vejauan.com . She shared some very valuable information on navigating 2021 and goals. Her 7 tips were

Charles talked about referrals and we had an opportunity to actually go to the website to give our offering. We passed a digital basket. Announcements were made. Rena Neal of Women With Voices announced an event -"Ignite your Vision", a virtual event on goals ,vision ,intimacy with God and building financial wealth. MinutesActas: Charles started meeting with opening prayer. Scripture reading John 14:12. Rena read "who we are" and Cathy read "Mission Premise" Group Shared business 30 seconds. Rena shared an event taking place on January 23 from 10am-1 called :Ignite Your Vision". This is the 4th annual event to start the year strong. There will be several professionals sharing information one of which is Cathy Montoya, member of Fontana CBP.
Charles shared testimonies about Danny Barba and Alex Robles who came to his rescue after that heavy rainfall a couple weekends ago which caused water damage to his ceiling and roof. Congratulations to Charles who was a top referring member in December. During family face time shared ways to use social media to develop relationships.
Main session
We discussed ways to increase membership and improve retention which included giving new members more time to get to like us by giving them more time to share about themeselves. we also hinted at spicing up our meetings.
Charles talked about offerings and we took 3 minutes to actually go to the website to make an offering right in the meeting, a virtual basket went around.
Mykel closed us in prayer which included a prayer for Arvee`s husband Micheal who is recovering form Covid.

Cathy and Charles gave testimonies on the importance of wills and life insurance right now. Charles shared referral seed. Charles Muirui of Colonial Life gave a presentation on final expense insurance .He talked about what it is and why it is important. He shared the different types of final expense insurance. You are the healthiest you will be now so it is best to get it now because it is better to have it and not need it then to need it and not have it.
Charles talked about offering. Mykel of Smiley`s Baking services will be at the Upland Farmer`s Market this Saturday from 9 to 2. Rena shared that "Women with Voices will be have 2 events in January one of which will be on goals and vision boards. Prayer requests were made which included prayer for Pastor Doug and family on the lost for his father.

The main session was on "What makes a Christian Business Christian. we gave examples of how we use our business to promote the gospel.

The main event was given by Robb Montgomery from the Gibsonia Pennsylvania Chapter. The subject was Best Practices for an excellent Customer experience. This statement sums up the basic premise of this exceptional presentation. Customer experience vs customer service. Customer experience is how you help the customer feel as a result of your proactive practices as opposed to customer service which involves fixing something that was screwed up which is reactive. Robb explained the positive practices and taught us how to honor the customers and develop relationships.
