Raybecca Panowicz of Blue Jean Comfort
Ray learned to quilt in 1995 from her grandmother and has been quilting ever since. Ray has turned her talent into a business by turning memories into a snuggle. Have old baby clothes in a box you just can’t part with? Let Ray make a memory quilt. Are you kid’s sport jerseys piling up? Ray can make a quilt that will show off their team spirit. If you have any clothing that represents milestones, Ray can make them into a memory quilt that will be cherished forever. When working with your clothing, Ray uses as much as the material as she possibly can including snaps, buttons, zippers and pockets. She may even include a little surprise on your quilt that will have special meaning to you. For more information on how Ray can help preserve your memories, contact her today for a 1 to 1 and discover how she can get your memories out of a box and wrapped around you!

9:11 Presentation
In light of the New Year, and with the assistance of Del G., Stephen asked the members to think about the Vision Statement for 2021. Del stated that we must write down our Vision Statement and not only read it every day, but believe it from our hearts. Del also stated that God has a Vision for each and everyone of us. He continued by saying that goals are the way to help us reach our Vision and that if we do not take action, then our Vision is nothing but a dream. After the inspiring talk from Del, Stephen randomly paired everyone in breakout rooms where we discussed our Vision Statement with our partners. These brief discussions where not only valuable, but led to many members scheduling 1 on 1’s in order to continue their conversations and to bounce ideas off one another.

9:18 Speaker – Mike Petry, Petry Computer Services
Mike shared his knowledge on how to best purchase a laptop/computer that will best fit your individual needs. Start by setting a budget. Then decide the size you want, including the keyboard and screen size. Based on your budget, choose the best processor, largest hard drive and RAM memory. When built in this order, you have provided yourself with the best computer your money can buy. Mike also stated that computers tend to last 5-7 years. This is mostly due to the fact that software and hardware are constantly updated and an older computer may not have the power to run functions properly. For more info on how to purchase the best computer for your needs, schedule a One on One with Mike today!

9:06 Christina Hack Chi Alpha Campus Ministries, San Diego
Christina stated that she has loved the Lord from a very young age, so when God moved her to change her college major to a field that was God-centered, she didn’t hesitate. She became involved with Chi Alpha Campus Ministries at the University of San Diego, where she was a student. The purpose of Chi Alpha is to connect with college students and share the word of God. Throughout history, college students have been influential in shaping our country, and with over 1 million students studying in the USA, this gives Chia Alpha a large audience in which to reach.
Some of the ways Chi Alpha accomplishes its goals are staff led weekly services, small group meetings and One on Ones. This gives the ministry a chance to reach people on several levels and teach the word of God. They also have Ambassador programs, where they teach individuals to be ministry leaders, as well as participating in creative community outreach programs.
Chi Alpha’s inspirational verse – 2Corinthians 5:20
We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God.

9:12 – Ray Reed, I Doctor Mobil Tech & Repair
Ray discussed how to perform basic maintenance on your phone to keep it in good condition and reduce the need for repairs. For instance, many people keep their phones in their pockets. This can cause lint to build up in the open ports and damage your phone. Ray recommended anti-dust plugs as a way to eliminated this problem. Also, dropped phones are the main reason for cracked screens. Getting a phone case with a lifetime warranty will save your screen from cracking or shattering. Is your sound quality bad? Clean your speaker with water-free alcohol and a cotton swab. This will clean all the dirt/DNA from the speaker and not cause additional damage since the alcohol evaporates. For more tips on how to have a healthy phone, contact Ray for a One on One today!
