Main Session: Alex Giannetti - One of blessings of COVID is that it made our ministry smaller. A downfall of COVID is that some things have gone away. Challenged our chapters to invite others to our meetings and to get more referrals. It looks to us there are less referrals because many are contacting each other without submitting a referral. If you are honest, why do we give referrals? You should keep track of referrals...ones you give and get. This keeps you on target. You shouldn`t have to fight for business. You wouldn`t refer business to someone you don`t trust. Connections are not referrals. We don`t require referrals. Give quality referrals. How do you get referrals? Be bold and ask for a referral. Say thank you...professional always. Be a master at your craft. Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, strength, and mind and love your neighbor as yourself. You are responsible for making sure your referral is a good one. Treat every referral like gold.
